These are pictures from my trip. I decided to postpone my nap until an early bedtime, so my witty ability is rather low. My apologies. :D
While driving across Iowa, I encountered many construction zones. The first one was cute. After that, not so much. While going 45 mph (in a 55mph zone) behind this truck for...eons...I decided to take a picture of it. Those are rims for semi tires in his trailer. I did enjoy looking at those for the 30-45 minutes we crawled along.
This is a business I drove by in the middle of nowhere, Butch's E-Z-GO, World's Finest Golf Cars. It had a corn field on one side and a pasture on the other. I thought it was amazing that the world's finest golf cars (not carts, evidently) were made in a corn field in Iowa.
That is, in fact, a covered wagon on a trailer being pulled by some sort of truck. I rode behind this for a while. I have no idea where they were going or where they were from, I just know that I've never seen a covered wagon being towed anywhere before.
This is a picture of the wall inside a restaurant I went with my grandparents. They live near Bishop Hill...I call it Little Sweden. Whenever anyone visits, they always get taken there. *Amazing* pie, and the rest of the place has handpainted flowers/vine things in random places on the walls. It's neat. :)
These 2 were taken from the Signature Lounge at the John Hancock Building...it's on the 96th floor. It was pretty amazing to be able to look down on most of the city. :)

This was taken in the women's bathroom on the same floor. By far the best view I've ever had in a bathroom. :D
