We had a shed delivered/built the same day I had Lasik. It was actually a birthday present to Russell from his parents...from a year or so ago. Not the fastest moving train around here. But that's not what's important, right? What's important is that we have a place to put the stuff that's been cluttering up the garage for the past 5 years! Like the lawn mower, power washer, other lawn mower, charcoal grill, other power tools that are not drills and such, etc. I'm considering making a "No Girls Allowed" sign to put on the door, just so it's officially Russell's special place.
The guys who delivered it put it all together, but "we" opted to paint it ourselves. It's cheaper this way. I will not go into detail because peace in the home is ideal.
So, before!
And here I am painting!
And here he is painting!
And here it is at the end of the day. The right side and back have 2 coats of paint, the front and left side still have a little more to do.
Both of us are sunburned because we failed to recognize the effect a few hours in the sun without sunscreen would have on our pale, office working skin. I actually kind of like being sunburned, I'm finally not cold indoors for a few days out of the year! Like now, it's 80 degrees in the office (thanks to the many heat producing sources always humming and spinning). I'm wearing sweatpants. The overhead fan is on. If I did not have a sunburn, chances are the breeze from the fan would send me running for a sweatshirt. Because there is something wrong with me.

I see you have found a use for the rest of the green paint from your house!
